I take an eclectic approach to psychotherapy services and tailor my approach to the individual needs of the client. I have received evidenced based training in reproductive mental health, insomnia, couples therapy, trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, and substance use. With my training and experience in large hospital settings, I also work with clients who are struggling with disease management and aging.

What is the process to engage in psychotherapy?


1. Schedule an initial consult call or intake for an evaluation to assess your psychotherapy needs.

2. Review and sign practice consent forms, complete brief standard questionnaire intake form, and upload a copy of your insurance (if applicable) and photo ID.

3. Sign into your appointment with the personalized link provided to you.

4. Complete intake appointment and collaboratively decide on whether psychotherapy is appropriate or if there are other treatment options
